Lemon Dill Vinaigrette

This Lemon Dill Vinaigrette comes together in just 5 minutes! It's tangy with a subtle sweetness and a slightly sharp flavor, making it extra special.

This lemon dill vinaigrette is adapted from my Greek salad dressing recipe! What sets this dressing apart is the rice vinegar and dill, which give it a unique and tangy twist.

Dill Vinaigrette Ingredients

This recipe relies on two crucial ingredients: rice wine vinegar and a sticky sweetener like pure maple syrup or honey.

It's important to note that using vinegar varieties like red wine or balsamic vinegar will result in a darker dressing that will not complement the dill well. The sweetener helps to balance the sharpness of the acids.

The Process

Use it to make a simple arugula salad, beet salad with goat cheese, or steak salad. The possibilities are endless...
