Description
Learn how to make a classic Italian Café Macchiato at home. A delicious balance of bold espresso and velvety milk foam.
Instructions
- Start by warming up two espresso shot glasses or demitasse cups. You can either do this with your machine or hot water.
- Brew one shot/1 fl oz (25mL) espresso into each cup.
- Steam the milk until it reaches 140-150 ℉ (60-65 ℃), or until the pitcher is too hot to touch.
- Carefully spoon 1-2 teaspoons of foam on top of each espresso shot and serve.
