  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and cayenne pepper to a small jar. Close the jar with a lid and give it a generous shake to combine.
  2. Consume half of the mixture on an empty stomach and reserve the other half for the next day.
