Delicious Lemony Raspberry Refresher Drink
The best summer beverage to prepare during the summer. The only ingredients required to make this Lemony Raspberry Refresher are honey, apple juice, frozen raspberries, and lemon.

I love this lemony raspberry drink recipe because it tastes like a jolly rancher. It’s sour yet sweet and so refreshing. I made a pitcher of it and it was gone instantly. I like to add pieces of raspberry fruit for a nice fruity touch.
This is the perfect drink to serve at a bbq, birthday party, or any gathering. All you need are a few ingredients.
Raspberry Refresher Ingredients

Frozen raspberries: this fruit will provide that pretty pink color and more importantly, the sour yet fruity taste.
Apple juice: because raspberries are sour, we’ll need a base to balance the sourness. Apple juice did the job perfectly.
Honey: this ingredient will give an additional boost of sweetness. If you prefer less sweet drinks, feel free to omit the honey.
Lemon zest: gives the drink the distinct lemon flavor.
Lemon juice: for more lemon flavor and a bright summery touch.
I haven’t tried it, but I have no doubt that this raspberry refresher drink will taste great when frozen into popsicles.

Instructions to Make this Lemony Raspberry Refresher Drink
You are going to love how easy it is to make. Here’s a quick review.
1.) You will first want to begin by using frozen raspberries. Combine the berries along with the other ingredients which include; the zest and juice of the lemon, apple juice, and a sweet drizzle of honey into a blender.
2.) Once the ingredients are gathered, blend high until the mixture is smooth and creamy (much thinner than a smoothie consistency), this can take about 30 seconds.
3.) Fill medium-sized glasses to the rim with ice and pour the raspberry drink right into the glass.
4.) Enjoy ice cold.

To Serve
I like to serve this drink with a glass of ice filled to the rim. For a special touch, garnish with a few pieces of raspberries. I do not drink alcohol, but I can see this drink being turned into a fun mocktail.
To Store
After making the raspberry refresher drink, pour it into a pitcher with a lid and store it in the fridge for up to 48 hours. The contents may separate, but that’s normal. Give it a quick stir right before serving.
Notes & Tips from Ashley
The raspberries in this drink contain many seeds. Blend the ingredients, then filter it through a strainer if you don’t want the seeds to be in your drink. The outcome should be smooth and creamy.
The fact that we are using frozen raspberries means this drink is ready to enjoy right away. If using fresh raspberries, store the drink in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
