Shoemaker says ” Regardless, this is a fuss-free, easy, and nourishing recipe that’s perfect for meal prep or a quick lunch or dinner.” With that said, you can enjoy this salad at anytime this summer.

The result is an insanely tasty dish, inspired by the awesome flavors and textures of a classic Greek salad.” I just know I’ll be making this salad on reheat this summer.

I like the sound of that during the hot summer months!

It had juicy tomatoes, thin-sliced red onion, and my favorite spice, lemony sumac. This recipe is the perfect dish to create the night before your morning summer picnic. Kevin says” Although you could serve piyaz immediately after making it, the flavors truly taste better the longer you let them “marry” together. The salad actually tastes the best if you refrigerate it overnight first.” That’s what I like to hear for busy mothers such as myself.
